How much does CardBoard cost? You pay only for members: the people who create boards, invite everyone else, and commit to your tracker. Members can invite guests to collaborate on a board for free. Members drive. Guests ride free. AI proposes.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a member and a guest?
A member is an accountable identity that can push changes to your tracker — create boards, sync cards to Jira or Azure DevOps, and direct AI. A guest is invited to specific boards to collaborate (view, comment, react, edit) but can't push tracker writes. Members are what you pay for; guests are always free.
Do guests cost anything?
No — never, on any plan. Invite as many as you like.
Do admins or owners cost extra?
No. An admin or owner is a member who also manages billing, settings, and access. Same member, no extra charge.
Can I keep some boards private within my team?
Yes. Board permissions and guest scoping let you control who sees what inside one workspace — you don't need a second workspace, or Enterprise, to keep work separate.
When do I actually need Enterprise?
When you run multiple walled-off workspaces and want one membership per person across all of them — no paying for a seat in each — plus SSO, audit logs, and provisioning. It's about running many workspaces and governing them, not about team size.
