To create a new board:

  • Head to homepage of Cardboard here.
  • Select ‘New Board on upper right hand corner
  • Select your desired template
  • Hit ‘Create’
  • Name your board
  • Begin editing your board

A community is your designated group of users built for creating boards and managing projects in CardBoard.  Within a community, admins can add collaborators and viewers . Users within boards can create boards

Collaborators are individuals designated to your community that view, edit or create boards. Watch this video to learn more about adding collaborators to your community: How to Add Collaborators

A viewer can only see already existing boards. They can’t edit or create boards like collaborators can.

To invite a new collaborator:

  • Select your profile icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  • Select “Manage your Community”
  • Then select “Collaborators” on the left tab
  • Enter the email addresses of the people you want to add
  • The desired users will need to accept the invitation to your community from their instance

With a 14-day free trial, you can access all features included in the Professional package. Additionally, you can add up to 4 additional collaborators to your trial and edit boards together.

Within a free trial you can access most features in CardBoard with the exception of invoicing, SSO and onboarding features.

At the conclusion of your 14-day trial all boards with the exception of your first board created will be locked. This means they cannot be edited until you purchase a subscription.

Nope! To sign up all you need is a name, email, password. No credit required until you would like to begin your paid subscription.

Enterprise level users with 10 or more licenses in their account can opt to pay by invoice.

What you see is what you pay for. There are no hidden charges to set up your CardBoard account. Enterprise-level licenses include premium support and onboarding for new users.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your community any time.

All data is backed and stored in the US by verified servers. You can back up your data by downloading your boards as CSV files. To learn more read here.

If you decide you no longer want to use CardBoard and opt to cancel your subscription, your boards will be deleted and the community closed.
